Yatahay Poker Network

Yatahay was established in 2001. Most poker players, especially USA ones, are most familiar with True Poker, which runs on the Yatahay poker network. Recently Doyles Room has (once again) changed software, this time to Yatahay.

You can choose to play using the 2D or 3D version. The 3D version gives the feel of a real poker table.

Yatahay's software lobby seems a bit confusing at first. Go to the left side of the lobby and click on "Real Money" or "Play Money Games", then click on the "Type" button to choose from Ring Game, Sit 'n Go or Tournament. If you have previously entered a game, you can choose from the "My" game selection.

Yatahay offers a number of unusual avatars to choose from. Select yours in the "Options" at the top of the lobby screen.

Yatahay poker rooms is generally open to USA Players except Kentucky. Some do not accept USA players.

Yatahay means "it is good" from a distortion of the Navajo word "Ya'ah'tee.

Doyles Room

If you already play poker, I'm sure you've heard of Doyle Brunson. Doyle Brunson withdrew his endorsement after "Black Friday". It appears his distancing himself from the poker room was due to the USA endictments against major poker rooms online, such as PokerStars
