It is best that you choose a name that describes what your site is about. It is best not to use what the search engines call "stop words", such as "the", "and", etc. At least this is what the search engine "experts" say. You can check to see if domain names are available HERE.

META TAGS
Some say Meta Tags are dead, meaning that search engines do not "look" at them. That may be true or it may not, but it doesn't hurt to have them, just in case.
